TLDR: Highly recommend. Domingo was awesome. Super professional and helpful! The initial deposit is non-refundable.

I'm writing this review well after my experience with this company because things have finally settled down since the move. I had a bit of a snafu at the beginning since I don't believe i was told the initial deposit was non-refundable, but after speaking to the customer service - I understood the policy. For me, I thought I put that deposit there to hold the date, and I thought that I could get it back if I canceled early enough. Anyways, misunderstanding, now I understood.

The day of the move...wow, the foreman Domingo was amazing. He was friendly, accommodating, and super helpful with advice. When he saw me uncertain of whether or not he should take something we thought we'd take ourselves, he reassured me it was easier if they just packed it up for me...and was he right. Also, him and his guys had to move my stuff from a 1 bedroom apartment, to a 3 story townhome, so...their poor backs. Domingo's professionalism and communication was top-notch. He communicated to me that he and his crew would take a quick and much-deserved lunch break after packing up our old place.

When moving in, he gave me advice about where to place a bed / bed frame (which they disassembled and re-assembled for us) because it was much bigger than I expected. What an experience.

I recently moved for the first time in many years. I saw a lot of good reviews for Trusted Movers and decided to give them a try. What a great experience! Domingo was the main person handling the move. His assistant was also very good. They took wonderful care of all of my furniture and belongings. It was a local move but everything was packed just as expertly as if I was moving across country. Domingo was kind and considerate and efficient. They got every set up exactly as I wanted in my new place. Very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I just completed my third move in the last 5 years and used Trusted Movers for all three moves. I appreciate that they are upfront with the potential cost and ask all of the right questions and are open to answering all of the questions I have.

Moving is never easy and usually stressful to prepare for and navigate. However, the team removed all of the stress of moving when they arrived on time and immediately got started. They are always kind, easy to communicate with, and always get the job done right. I was also dealing with a shoulder injury so I wasn't able to help much, and without any concern they went as far as putting the clothes and coats in the closets at our new place. They wrap all of the furniture too, so there is never a concern of things getting damaged in transit.

Thank you Trusted Movers for always being reliable and a dependable moving company to work with!

Domingo and his crew did a fantastic job moving us. Professional service. Covered everything in blankets and kept it safe. Packed loose items and did a great job. Thank you!

I've used trusted movers twice now and they are awesome. They wrap all my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap to ensure that there is no damage. I've also had them move my piano with no issues. Domingo and his team was the one that has assisted me twice now too and did a fantastic job - can't complain at all. Definitely worth the value of what they're paid for, would 100% recommend.

Trusted Movers is my go-to movers for their professionalism and care that they take for my furniture. Domingo was always quick to point out if there were any previous damages prior for them packing. They were efficient, personable, and made sure everything was protected from my large pieces of cabinets to the smallest of my items. This was the second time in 5 years that I've used Trusted Movers and as their name suggest, you can definitely trust them - I sure did and I'm even more happier the second time around. You can't go wrong with them!

Mr. Domingo and his team were fantastic. Everything was wrapped carefully and nothing was damaged. They all worked super hard. Kind people as well. I hope corporate paid them what they deserved. This is my third time using this company. I would use them next time as well. Not the cheapest but worth it.

Puo and his team were just amazing. They contacted me and asked if they could come earlier than the window that we were given which was great for us. I appreciated that. Puo understood everything I needed done and in the various stages that it needed to be done in. Things that had to be wrapped were done so with care. He and his team made it look easy and they took care of moving a lot of heavy furniture and fitting things into both our garage and POD with professionalism and the uncanny ability of making things fit from their extensive moving experience. Would definitely use them again for any kind of move in the future. Very happy with the whole experience.
